Went in for a consultation and really liked their approach. I wasn’t rushed. I wasn’t pressured. I wasn’t asked how much I wanted to spend. It was just a pleasant conversation about what I would like to consider and then information to help me understand what my options would be. Not that I haven’t had some pleasant experiences at some very reputable dermatology offices here in Knoxville but something just felt different here that left me knowing I would return.
