Her diverse medical background includes specialized experience in Medical Aesthetics, Weightloss and Wellness, Dermatology and Plastics, as well as medical-surgical nursing, cardiac step-down, and case management.

Meet Emily, PCC,PMA! Lead Esthetician at Beautique Medical’s Knoxville location. Emily has been apart of the Beautique family for over two years. One of Emily’s favorite parts of being an esthetician is building relationships with patients and getting to be a part of their skincare journey.
Emily is a Knoxville native and has grown up in Farragut her entire life. When she’s not in the treatment room, you can find her on the lake, spending time with friends and family, shopping and staying active. Emily loves making people feel their best, and she strives to make every visit relaxing, personalized, and something our patients look forward to.
Meet Courtney, APM, MBA! Courtney is our Assistant Practice Manager and has been apart of the Beautique Medical family since August 2022. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from East Tennessee State University before continuing her education at ETSU, where she completed her Master of Business Administration. Courtney is passionate about creating an elevated patient experience from both a strategic and operational perspective. She focuses on optimizing clinic processes, strengthening team performance, and implementing innovative marketing strategies that allow patients to feel valued, informed, and confident throughout their journey. Outside of the clinic, Courtney enjoys traveling, exploring new experiences, and spending time with her German Shepherd, Zona.
Abigail Bunch is our board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her healthcare journey at Lincoln Memorial University, where she earned her Associate of Science in Nursing in 2014, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nutrition in 2015. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, in 2016.
During her time at LMU, Abigail balanced academic excellence with collegiate athletics as both a tennis player and university cheerleader. A proud Knoxville native, she is passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and providing personalized care that helps them look and feel their best. Outside of the clinic, Abigail enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cheering on the Vols, and living out her faith.
Meet Julie, RMA! Julie has been a Certified Phlebotomist since 2013. Julie became a Registered Medical Assistant in 2019 when she joined the Beautique team. With years of experience in aesthetics and patient care, Julie is passionate about helping others look and feel their absolute best through personalized, confidence-enhancing treatments.
Julie has a true passion for all things anti-aging and love educating patients on the options available to them. Her favorite part of what I do is creating customized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique goals, lifestyle, and budget while helping them feel empowered in their aesthetic journey.
Building genuine, lasting relationships with our patients is one of the most rewarding aspects of her career. Outside of the office, Julie is a proud mom of four and a dedicated gym enthusiast.
Meet Michelle, PCC/PMA. Michelle has been an aesthetician since 2021 and has been a Medical Aesthetician at Beautique since 2024. With a 3-year history of being an aesthetics instructor, Michelle loves nothing more than educating anyone who will listen about the world of skin health. Michelle is truly passionate about establishing relationships with our patients, creating a long-term plan to support skin health and rejuvenation, and walking them through their journey every step of the way.
Carolynn Clemons, BSN, RN has called Knoxville home for 18 years. She has been a registered nurse for 8 years- all of that time spent in critical care. For the past 4 years, she has been honing her skills as a nurse injector. Carolynn has an eye for facial balance and believes the best work is the kind that leaves people wondering what your secret is. Carolynn prioritizes skin health to amplify and prolong the results of in-office treatments, such as microneedling, bio-stimulators, neurotoxin and dermal filler. Her ultimate goal with every client is provide long-term rejuvenation, not modification, focusing on enhancing her clients’ existing features for the most natural and long-lasting results.
Erin Dawrant, RN, BSN has over 20 years of nursing experience and a genuine passion for aesthetic and wellness medicine. Raised in Arizona and having spent many years in Colorado before making Tennessee home, she brings both advanced clinical expertise and a compassionate, approachable style to her patients.
With a background in cardiac and procedural nursing, Erin emphasizes safety, precision, and balanced, natural results. She offers a range of aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, tailored to each individual’s goals, helping patients feel refreshed, confident, and comfortable in their own skin.

Alivia graduated from Hardin Valley Academy with a concentration in health science, and she attained her certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification in 2026. She is a freshman at the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa where she is studying nursing. She is a patient care coordinator at Beautique. When she is not calling patients, she is enjoying her dog, Ruger.
